We are seeking an Application Manager to join our talented, dynamic team in St.
Cloud, FL 34769.
This position will be a key member of our leadership team; working closely with our Project Manager, IT Manager and company owner.
Must be local to work on-site in our office - must reside local to the Central FL area.
The ideal candidate will be highly technical with experience in managing/mentoring staff; have 5
years experience in a software development role; proficiency in Java programming highly preferred.
Must have a high level of customer support, communication and leadership skills.
Management/mentoring skills to support the software development team of 20+.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline 3
years of experience in a Senior or Manager-level role 3
years of experience in a Software Developer/Engineer role Must be highly technical with software development experience specifically in Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS; Well versed in Object Oriented Design (OOD), programming and design patterns Capacity to understand complex enterprise software environments and end-to-end architecture workflow Display a high level of professionalism, customer support, presenting to groups, and attention to detail Superb leadership skills and the ability to harness the team to produce the highest quality deliverables while meeting project milestones Experience with Project Management and leading projects/software deployments preferred Experience in team building, coaching, leading teams, motivating and engaging software development teams; Ability to manage and mentor on-site and remote teams for success Knowledge of best practices related to legacy development, scalability and performance Must be able to work in a dynamic/challenging environment Analyzing existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and provide deadline estimates for implementing new features Able to perform Code Reviews as needed for deployments On-call support and managing deployments as needed Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization/project US Government Clearance (Public Trust) is required for this position- MUST be a U.

citizen or hold a Permanent Green Card - security background investigation and drug test required Must work on-site at our St.
