Summary:
The Community Ambassador is the brand embodiment and spokesperson for Sunbridge helping to create an exciting sense of place while communicating the Sunbridge narrative.
This role is both dynamic and creative.
Supporting the management team when required, the Community Ambassador is tenacious ensuring every visitor is greeted and met with a sense of inclusion and warmth.
Essential Job Functions:
Ensure execution of the basecamp/yurt experience by being interactive and having a stage presenceCreate a friendly and welcoming environment through 1 on 1 & group interactionsAssist in the planning and delivery of events and experiencesHelp to maintain the highest level of visual standards (Including retail area)Provide expert community knowledge, provide information in a timely manner to potential and existing customers and residents that inquire in person, over the telephone or via email.
Know all aspects of residential product, and resident life in SunbridgeUse best judgement to make quick decisions in absence of the leadership teamEncourage digital check in (iPad)Maintain an energetic, friendly, and positive attitude with all customersSupport operational duties of the Information Center with computer entry of CRM database information & keeping levels of printed materials and other supplies used to communicateCreate and maintain reports and lists as directed and other operational duties as assignedHelp product receiving, stocking, inventory, merchandising, and checkoutAll other duties as assignedRequirementsEssential
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent required.
Previous presentation experience a plusComputer skills mandatory.
Word and Excel are essentialExcellent verbal communications skills, bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not necessaryMust be able to work productively with little direction or supervisionMust maintain upbeat and personable and energetic attitudeMust be available for evening and weekend events on occasionEssential Physical Requirements:
Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
