The Office Assistant at Osceola Window and Door would provide support in all aspects of operations including Quoting Following up on quotes Setting up in-home estimates Creating and following up on contracts, Tracking and Maintaining deliveries and installations Creating and sending invoices Updating calendars Updating customer databases Assist the office manager as needed Office Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or associate's degree.
Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
Ability to write clearly Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
