Summary:
The Telecommunications Manager leads a team of Salaried and O&T team members in supporting our clients and vendors at the Disney Reservation Center.
You will manage the integration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) with CTI, QM and speech adjunct systems.
This includes strategy, implementation and documentation of call routing solutions including IVR and CTI data points.
From a project implementation perspective may lead task teams to develop requirements for new business opportunities.
Participate as an advisor to multiple projects bringing expertise and recommendations to the table.
Collaborate with peers, as well as, vendors to integrate changes and to look for opportunities for continuous improvement.
Communicate both up and down the chain of command to ensure knowledge transfer communication.
You will report to a manager of telecommunications.
Responsibilities:
Coach, develop and lead a global organization of 10
cast consisting of non-salaried, salaried and contractor roles.
You will ensure the products and services we are receiving are meeting our clients' needs.
Investigate new product and service offerings with these vendors/partners.
Manage the strategy for the global Avaya Travel Ops Telecom solution incorporating 34
sites.
From a project implementation perspective may lead/oversee project teams to develop requirements needed for implementing new business opportunities or changes to existing business strategies.
Be the consultant/expert related to telecom solutions for clients.
Communicates both up and down the chain of command to ensure knowledge transfer and communication.
Basic
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3
years experience maintaining a multi-site contact center infrastructure.
Knowledge of telecom technology and contact center operations including SIP integrations.
Work and manage in a high stress and visible team environment.
We are looking for a candidate knowledgeable in Call Center and Telecommunications operations.
Required EducationYou should have a 4 year college degree in Telecommunications, Networking, IT or Engineering, or relevant work experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
