Vehicle Description I searched all over the country for over 2 years to find this beautiful example of a resto-mod classic truck.
I was absolutely not going to settle for anything not built correctly.
I did finally locate this beautiful truck in St.
Louis, MO.
The wife and I purchased a one-way flight out there and drove it back home to Florida.
The truck rode beautifully the whole way home.
The truck was built in St.
Louis and no expense was spared, the truck had been driven 5k miles when we picked it up from the gentleman who had it built.
He never intended to get it wet or use it for anything other than his own satisfaction.
The Body The all metal body has a beautiful jet-black paint that has been tastefully adorned with gorgeous hot rod flames that really brings you back to the good ole times of yester year.
The colors of the flames really pop providing the right contrast to light up that fire! The paint is in very good condition.
Extremely glossy and free of any major defects.
There is a very small ding in the black portion of the paint however it is very hard to see.
Seeing it in person is the only way to truly appreciate it's beauty.
This truck has always been a head turner.
It will command you attention.
All headlights and taillights have been converted to L.
E.
D.

This system increased the trucks towing capacity by 900lbs.
System in like new condition and works as it should.
The inside -The interior has been mastered in a warm burgundy tweed.
The headliner, doors and back panels have a raised flame look them that gives a radical 3D look to the interior.

The head unit is by Sony w/ remote control.
It has Bluetooth capabilities allowing to connect to your cell phone and play all your favorite tunes.
System sounds loud and clear.
Unit also has built in equalizers.
The motor The drive train is one of my favorite things about this truck.
It currently has a Chevy 327 power plant with approximately 300hp.
The carburetors used are a Rochester 2 Jet Tri Power set up.
They are equipped with a mechanical linkage.
They have always provided me plenty of trouble-free miles.
The cooling system has been upgraded by using a triple fan set up for cooling.
The system uses 2 on the thermal switch and one on the a/c switch.
The transmission The transmission mated to this engine is a 700R4, also known as Turbo Hydra-Matic, is a 4-speed automatic transmission.

It is a very well-built system to handle all the power throw at it.

They have been in the cooling business since 1976.
That over 45 years of experience.
You will keep your cool in this truck! The front end Front end steering system is left to another popular option The Mustang II IFS.
It handles very well.
It allows for a much better braking system and the rack and pinion steering really upgrades the driving experience.
The truck has power steering powered by a serpentine belt system.
Which uses a Low-down a/c and alternator brackets.
The wheels and tires The wheels are painted red to provide a nice contrast to the chrome large center caps that adds a nice touch to the classic look of this truck.

It truly is a testament of how much love and hard work went into this truck.

Departing of this amazing vehicle I had never intended on selling this truck.
with things changing and wanting to downsize and live a simpler life and maybe retire some day this is what brought me to this decision to sell it.
